Knights Energy called me in regards to the renewal of my electricity, but I was still in contract at the time. The agent on the phone was very polite and asked my permission to call back in 3 months when my renewal is due. I politely inclined to his request doubting I would ever receive a call. Much to my surprise, I was contacted by the agent in June in order to provide me my renewal prices. He even remembered the fact that I only commit to 12 month contracts. He was very well spoken and professional and provided the quote via email as per my request. The quote was competitive so he sent me the agreement to sign once I was satisfied. I found them very pleasant to deal with and will definitely return next year to renew.
